Online & Auto Pay

How to Pay Online

  1. Follow this online payment link
  2. Select Utility Billing or Tax
  3. Search for your account by selecting your Name, Address, or Parcel Number
  4. Locate your account then select "Review and Pay" to the right of that account
  5. Input your payment information using your bank account or Debit/Credit card information
    • When paying online, you will be charged an online payment fee (amount in the "Convenience Fee" tab)

How to Schedule Automatic Payments

  1. Same as above, except:
    • Instead of continuing as a guest, create an account or sign in to your existing account
    • After selecting "Review and Pay," choose the "Schedule Payment" option

Convenience Fee

Debit/Credit Card Fee

Utility Billing $0.50 per transaction + 2.95%
Tax $0.50 per transaction + 2.80%

ACH (Bank Account) Fee

≤ $1,000 $3 per transaction
$1,001 - 5,000 $6 per transaction
≥ $5,001 $12 per transaction
