This project includes upgrades to the City of Beaverton’s water distribution system, including improvements to water mains, storage, well pumps, and water metering. These enhancements aim to ensure long-term reliability and compliance with regulatory standards.

Meter Notice

The City will initiate a citywide water meter replacement project in mid-April 2026 as part of our $10.3 million water system upgrades funded by the EGLE grant received in 2024.

SOVA Excavating and Trucking, Inc. has been selected as the contractor based on bid results. SOVA will reach out to property owners whose meters are not readily accessible to coordinate replacement, ensuring it aligns with the property owners’ availability. Those property owners can expect SOVA notifications to arrive in April 2026.
